Map Of Days x Robert Hunter

Map of Days is a beautiful new book by Robert Hunter that captures dreamy illustrations and fantastic story telling through pictures and a little text. Anyone familiar with Orlando Weeks' (The Maccabees) illustrated book with accompanying music 'Young Colossus' will already know Rob Hunter's unique style.

Nike x Liberty Spring 2013

Nike have once again teamed up with Liberty of London to create some limited trainers ready for whatever kind of summer England are about to have. Featuring archive prints from Liberty, the roshes are my favourite. The shoe has a minimalistic style that is perfect. Sadly, they have already sod out from Liberty's site but are available at Nike iD with more colours to choose in the capel and pepper prints.

JAWS x Leeds

I took some photos of JAWS on wednesday night in Leeds before their gig at Oporto. Here's a few of them. There's still got some more to develop.

LDN & NYC Fashion Week Fall 2013

It seems that all the looks I'm in love with from London & New York fashion week all have one thing in common - colour. Dark red seems to be a trend that I'm subconsciously following. Here are the following examples..
Seriously everything from Elizabeth and James is sick so check out the other looks. It's all effortless and relaxed. Reminds me of a New York Celine.

La Bête Blooms x Home

Post-Punk Yorkshire 5 piece La Bête Blooms are set to release their new single 'Home' digitally on January 30th.
The track has a great melody with the chorus leaking its way into your mind; it's definitely a song that stays with you. Featuring both male and female vocals, reminiscent to that of indie pop band Exlovers, it's a beautiful duet which is kept rough with the fuzzy guitars. The raw vocals of lead Daniel Mawer are a great antithesis to the delicate female vocals belonging to Rebecca Hopkins that intertwine with the overall post-punk feel.

Available to buy from Itunes, Spotify & Amazon.

La Shark x November UK Tour 2012

I've been kinda distant from this in a while and since it's the new year, here are a few photographs from the last few gigs of the year that I went to and some of the best I've ever been to. They know how to work a show. The London boys La Shark are sick and everyone needs to jump on the babe bandwagon with these guys. I'm not sure there's anyway to describe the music these guys make, it's just electric and contagious. Once you hear one song, you're hooked and there's no way you can forget them. I saw them play in Nottingham's Bodega and London's Corsica Studios and there's nothing quite like seeing them perform in their hometown - so much love.
